Psy5D Process: From Diagnosis to Inner Transformation

Working with the Psy5D method is always a journey into your inner world. It follows a clear structure, yet looks different for each person, because every request and inner experience is unique.

1. Defining the Request

We begin with a conversation. The person names what concerns them the most: anxiety, conflicts, lack of meaning, psychosomatic symptoms. At this stage, it’s important not only to hear the problem but also to identify the direction we will explore more deeply.

2. Entering the Inner Experience

Next, I guide the client to shift focus from words to their actual sensations. This may show up in different ways:
• as an emotion that is hard to hold back,
• as a memory that suddenly surfaces,
• as an image or metaphor,
• or as a specific sensation in the body.

Everyone’s “entry point” is different, and it is exactly what leads us to the root of the problem.

3. Meeting the Root Cause

Through this inner signal, we reach the moment when the experience first formed. This could be childhood, adolescence, or a significant event in adult life.
At this point, it becomes clear why a person continues to react in a certain way even years later.

4. Reprocessing and Changing the Response

The key stage is creating a new experience where there was once pain or helplessness. The person allows themselves to release the heavy image or emotion and replace it with a new state: calm, love, support.
At this moment, the body changes: where there was pressure or coldness, there is now lightness and warmth.

5. Integration

At the end, we anchor the new state. The client learns to feel the difference: “This is how I used to live, and this is the new feeling I can choose now.” This becomes a resource they carry into everyday life.

Case Example

A man came to me who would constantly snap at his loved ones over small things. He said: “It feels like I explode for no reason.”

During the session, an image of heated metal inside him appeared. As we explored it, we traced it back to a childhood memory where he felt humiliation and helplessness. This emotion had been building for years and was expressed as anger.

When he reprocessed the situation and filled his inner space with a sense of strength and dignity, the “heated metal” dissolved. In its place came a calm, warm flow.

His words after the session:
“I feel like I can be strong and calm at the same time. Without explosions.”

A Psy5D session is not just a conversation for the sake of talking. It is a structured journey: from defining the request → to meeting the root cause → to creating a new experience.

“I don’t give ready-made advice. My role is to guide a person to their own inner strength. And once they find it within, the change becomes permanent.”
