This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is concluded between Sole Proprietor Kolesnikov Ruslan Serhiiovych (born in 1985, registered as a sole proprietor under registration No. 2010350000000004951 dated 09.06.2021), hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, and any individual who accepts this offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. This Agreement is a public agreement concluded upon acceptance by the Client of all terms without exception.
1.2. The subject of the Agreement is the provision of services by the Service Provider to the Client under the terms of this Offer.
1.3. The Service Provider agrees to provide consulting, educational, and/or psychological services, and the Client agrees to accept and pay for them in full.
1.4. Services are provided in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and mutual agreements of the Parties.
1.5. The list and cost of services are published on the Website or agreed via communication (email, messengers, etc.).
2. Conclusion of the Agreement
2.1. The Agreement is considered concluded upon acceptance by the Client.
2.2. Acceptance is carried out by booking a consultation via the Website or communication channels.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Service Provider Rights:
- Provide consulting, educational, and/or psychological services;
- Receive full and timely payment;
- Refuse service in case of violation of Agreement terms;
- Notify the Client at least 1 hour in advance in case of changes;
- Refuse refunds in the following cases:
- Late cancellation (less than 24 hours before);
- Client under influence of alcohol or drugs;
- Technical issues on the Client’s side;
- Require proper fulfillment of obligations and respectful behavior.
3.2. Client Rights:
- Receive services in accordance with this Agreement;
- Demand proper service quality;
- Cancel services no later than 24 hours in advance.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Service cost is defined on the Website;
- Payment is made via payment links or bank transfer;
- 100% prepayment is required unless agreed otherwise;
- Payment is considered completed upon receipt of funds.
5. Liability
The Parties are responsible for fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement.
The Service Provider is not liable for damage caused due to the Client’s actions or misinformation.
The Client is fully responsible for decisions made based on the consultation.
The Service Provider does not guarantee specific results.
The Service Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
6. Term of the Agreement
This Agreement becomes effective upon payment and remains valid until obligations are fulfilled.
The Agreement may be terminated early by mutual consent.
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in accordance with Ukrainian law.
8. Other Terms
- This Agreement is governed by Ukrainian law;
- The Client confirms full understanding and acceptance of terms;
